- Local Brixworth Pate, Melba Toast, Red onion chutney,mixed leaves.
- Oak Smoked Salmon, and cream cheese roulade,crisp leaves,lemon and Dijon dressing.
- Tian of Melon, Strawberries,balsamic reduction [Veg]
- Atlantic prawn cocktail, Mary rose sauce, iceberg lettuce, buttered brown slices
- MAINS:-
- Steak & Ale Pie, buttered new potatoes, seasonal vegetables:.
- Roast Lamb with all the trimmings.
- Salmon Fillet, new potatoes, spinach, cheese & spring onion sauce.
- Mains are served with all the trimmings.
- PUDDINGS:-
- Profiteroles,Belgian chocolate sauce.
- Fresh Fruit salad, and cream.
- Warm bread,butter & raisin pudding & Cream.
